Fourth module of 3 days/24 hours in which we work on the further development of the Practitionership and professional practice.

This training after your practitionership is there to teach you in those parts of the work with which you have special affinity and/or experience. The trainer who has also immersed himself in these affinities will support you. Your practice will take shape with more self-confidence in who you are in the Trager work.

The content will be composed of the Trager basic material: such as Posture and Communication, Mentastics, Table work and Professional Behavior.

Luca describes Level 4 as a stage designed for newer practitioners: This three-day review session allows participants to address any doubts or difficulties encountered in their initial client work. Level 4 is tailored to meet their general needs or to focus on specific cases they bring forward. The course will also include segments on Trager’s core principles, such as feeling and Hook-up.

I began to discover this body could be felt at the age of 30 thank to Postural Integration. Then, 2 years later I discovered the body could be felt in lightness meeting the Trager Approach in Mill Valley. Two years later meeting Milton Trager deepened and simplified a lot. When becoming instructor in 2001 I begun to study The Feldenkrais Method and completed the training 4 years later.

All these different ways developed my way of sharing body-wisdom, and with full passion still is happening in several countries in different languages. A never-ending adventure. Also applying those essential principles in the family wine estate in Tuscany with surprise and success. When love and freedom are discovered and bloom, all is possible.
